Preparation

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.

Delivery

Standard tracked delivery usually arrives within 7–15 business days of dispatch.

Shipping charges and free shipping

Orders of $79 USD or more ship free to addresses we currently deliver to. Orders under $79 are charged a flat shipping fee of $10 USD, shown at checkout before you pay. Free-shipping offers apply automatically when your order qualifies.

Warehouse and dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Guangdong Province, China. Delivery times are measured from the date of dispatch.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery concerns

• Damaged on arrival: please email photographs to support@ovarlune.com within 7 days.
• Tracking not updated for 10 business days: contact us and we will investigate.
